I’ve been a part of several monthly cigars subscriptions and I can honestly say the Adventure Club is by far the best. I love the way I get to choose the five cigars I’ll receive. It’s exciting each month to see new additions, select from ones I’ve already tried and love, and if I’m feeling adventurous even select a mystery cigar. Ellory provides exceptional service while maintaining a personal connection with his customers. Hand written notes and personal emails are just a few touches he brings to his service. I live in a completely different state but Ellory has always made me feel like at any given moment I have direct access to him with any questions or concerns I may have. There are a lot of places to purchase cigars or subscriptions. Some even offer “Premium” subscriptions, but none have given me the VIP treatment quite like Ellory.

In a post-CoVid era when you can sit on hold for hours waiting for customer service to answer, the response time by Ellory Wells was shocking … shockingly good that is!
I was visiting Maui when I came across Kauai Cigars. So before I bought any, I looked for online reviews and came across Ellory’s honest assessment of them as okay but overpriced. That led to me checking out his CigarScore Lounge website. I liked what I saw … then realized he was in Texas and I was in Hawaii.
I wanted to place an order but figured shipping would likely be a huge issue. I emailed anyway to see if there was any chance of getting them to Kihei before I finished my vacation and headed back to Vancouver.
Amazingly, Ellory answered within minutes. After a few emails back and forth, he came up with a great solution that got me the cigars I wanted with expedited three-day shipping. In fact, he headed to the USPS store within a couple of hours of our email conversation. The package arrived just as promised with the eclectic collection of 16 cigars that I look forward to smoking back home.
Shipping cigars into Canada is ridiculously expensive, so I appreciated Ellory’s fast responses and phenomenal customer service. It was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend CigarScore Lounge.
