I sought out DCC same evening I sat with the Ferrari Team for Italian next door. I was in Daytona for the Rolex 24 Hour, 2021. Following I meet owners Miguel and Jennifer as well as the regulars. I purchased newspaper rolled cigars and sat at a table on the walk front of the store. Others were gathered at a couple tables with umbrellas. One I came to know as Jim (the showman) said, ‘you unsociable or what’… which began my socializing at the Daytona Cigar Club refered to as Miguel’s. My overall high score is due to: regulars, owners, Beach St location on the Intercoastal, vibrant restaurant, pub, gallery and shops as neighbors on this attractive park setting boulevard. When you visit, sit at the sidewalk tables to ensure you meet regulars and owners Miguel and Jennifer. The regulars are an eclectic group from the metro area as well as returning tourists… often mail order customers. I enjoy listening to a trio of intelectuals you will never expect from the range of age, occupation and presentation. Everyone has stories, adventure, unique occupations as well as gifts of gab. BTW McK’s pub serves. I’ll try to drop pics when I take ’em.
