googled cigar lounge while visiting Harrahs Pompano and The Mancave Cigar Lounge sounded interesting. It was 15 mins from the casino so I headed over. No problem parking when I arrived and I was greated by May, she was welcoming and asked if I needed help finding anything. There was a large selection on the wall, a couple of display cases with cigars, and an additional walk in humidor. May enthusiasticly pointed out several cigars, gave me information on them, and I ended up buying more than expected. The selection of Lanceros was oustanding and i saw a few I had to have. I wanted to smoke a cigar there so May helped me select a seat, told me about the lounge while cutting my cigar, preparing my beer, and packaging my cigars. Unfortunately no hard liquor is sold and you cannot bring your own into the lounge. Port, wine, beer, and coffee is available for purchase. The beer was cold and May asked if I would like to watch television. The music she was listening set the mood, I enjoyed speaking with her and some of the regulars that stopped in. Everyone was friendly and genuine.
I will definitely visit whenever I go back to the area, really it gives me an excuse to visit Ft Lauderdale soon. I live in Port Charlotte and it’s about 2 1/2 hours away. You won’t be disappointed if you visit, reminds me of an old school lounge. Clean, friendly, and comfortable, I would have no problem going there with my wife.
