This is an outdoor lounge with no roof. There are oscillating fans with mist orifices attached. I was there at the end of June and while warm it was comfortable enough for a cigar. The wait staff made regular visits. The cigar selection was limited to a couple dozen cigars of various brands and vitolas. They were sold in singles and the prices were comparable to event pricing (MSRP +). In general it was a good experience and a welcome respite from the Riverwalk. With it being 100% outside, weather will need to be considered.
