Cigar Review: AJ Fernandez Dias de Gloria Gordo

Initial Thoughts:

With the Dias de Gloria Gordo, AJ Fernandez attempts to reimagine or remember the “glory days” of cigars.

This giant cigar is a Nicaraguan puro. The wrapper leaf looks great and has no major veins that might cause an uneven burn, so this should be a great stick!

Final Thoughts:

The AJ Fernandez Dias de Gloria Gordo is a decent cigar, but I'm not sure it's a great cigar. There were some draw issues that left me wanting more smoke.

For a $12 cigar, the competition is super-fierce. Other manufacturers are putting some of their best cigars between $10 and $15, and I just don't think the Dias de Gloria is AJ Fernandez's best. The flavors aren't very complex

For these reasons, and not really due to anything negative about this stick, the AJ Fernandez Dias de Gloria Gordo earns a CigarScore of 3.
