Initial Thoughts:
The Caldwell cigar company is always doing something a little different, and today I'm smoking the Caldwell Young Savages Short Corona Gorda. This great-looking cigar has a quirky label on top of a beautiful wrapper leaf, and I'm excited to smoke it!

Final Thoughts:
This review kind of hurts. While the Caldwell Young Savages had a great draw and the flavors were tasty, the burn issues were constant and throughout the entire cigar. Even after re-lighting the cigar multiple times, the excess moisture in the stems of the wrapper proved to be seriously problematic.
Combine a semi-decent experience with an $11 smoke that only lasts about 50 minutes and you get a cigar that's hard to love. Because this cigar was a little too much money for a little too little quality, I have to give the Caldwell Young Savages Short Corona Gorda a CigarScore of 3.
