Initial Thoughts:
Wow, this cigar smells really good. As soon as I snatched the La Aurora 115th Anniversary Limited Edition Belicoso out of my humidor, I knew I was in for a good time.
I hoped.
The cigar looks dark and oily and appears well made. After cutting off the tip with my guillotine, the draw was easy. But, at $18.99, will the 115th Anniversary Limited Edition from La Aurora stack up against the extreme competition at this price range? Let's find out!

Final Thoughts:
The flavors in the first half of the La Aurora 115th Anniversary Limited Edition were quite delicious. However, that first half was also plagued by burn issues due to a stem in the wrapper that wasn't properly de-humidified.
Heading into the second half, the burn did seem to even out – sorta. However, the flavors became bitter in the final third. I really expected more from a company that A:) has been making cigars for over 115 years, and B:) is charging almost $20 for a cigar.
Despite having high hopes for this cigar and really enjoying the flavors in the first half, I can't justify recommending this cigar to you. For all of these reasons, I have to give the La Aurora 115th Anniversary Limited Edition Belicoso a CigarScore of 2.
