Cigar Review: AVO Syncro Fogata Special Toro

Initial Thoughts:

Unlike several cigars I've smoked recently, the AVO Syncro Fogata didn't blow me away starting with the first puff.

However, the draw started smooth and the flavors have been consistent. I chose the Syncro Fogata instead of other AVOs on the shelf because it was supposed to be their boldest one, however, I don't think this cigar is bold at all.

In fact, I'd say this stick, despite its deep leather wrapper, is quite mild.

Final Thoughts:

To be perfectly honest, after all of the AVO hype, I thought the AVO Syncro Fogata would be better. While the cigar was well made, the flavors didn't impress me (although they were consistent throughout the smoke). For the money, there are better cigars out there, and I wouldn't choose to smoke this again, so the AVO Syncro Fogata earns a CigarScore 2.
