Today we continue our series of blind cigar reviews, where our goal is to provide you with a totally objective, completely neutral review of a cigar. Ellory went into this review completely blind; that means without knowing what it is, who made it, how much it costs, or what’s in it. To see the entire series of blind cigar reviews, click here.
NOTE: This video was recorded before Ozgener Cigars changed their name to Oz Family Cigars. Also, this might be one of the last cigars Ozgener blended before changing their name.
Initial Thoughts
The Oz Family Cigars Pi Synesthesia Brown 2024 was a pretty basic-looking cigar. On the cold draw, the flavors were woody with some really nice spice.
Once lit, the aroma of the smoke was very nice. On the first puff, the Oz Family Cigars Pi Synesthesia Brown 2024 gave up delicious notes of sweetened bread.
Most of the other cigars blended by Ozgener/Oz Family Cigars have been full-bodied and bold. Whereas all of the Oz cigars have been made by Crowned Heads up until this point, this blend was made at one of E.P. Carrillo’s factories.
Will the Pi Synesthesia follow that super bold trend? Or, will it change things up?

Final Thoughts
Although the smoke time was fairly short for a cigar of this size, I enjoyed the Oz Family Cigars Pi Synesthesia Brown 2024 quite a bit.
The initial flavors were both sweet and doughy, then more spicy in the middle, but changed into more floral towards the end. The draw was great and the burn was almost even.
I liked this cigar quite a bit, and it was a nice change from the bold cigars they’ve historically made. The Oz Family Cigars Pi Synesthesia Brown 2024 was delicious and earns a CigarScore 5.
