Cigar Review: AJ Fernandez San Lotano Bull Robusto

Initial Thoughts:

Today we're going to dive into the AJ Fernandez San Lotano The Bull Robusto, and with a name like “The Bull,” I expect this cigar to be bold.

Immediately after removing the cigar from its cellophane, I noticed a nice texture to the wrapper leaf. While it wasn't oily, it did feel very nice. Visually, the AJ Fernandez San Lotano The Bull Robusto looks pretty good, and the cigar looked to have a slight box-press to it. There were almost no visual flaws, so we moved on.

Before I lit the cigar, it smelled pretty good, and the cold draw had lots of cedar in it, so I was optimistic.

Once the San Lotano Bull was lit, the aroma of the smoke was bold, with notes of leather and earth.
