For the record, and to get it out of the way early… Yes, the Asylum Cool Brew is an infused cigar that has hints of coffee and mint. Despite little information being available at the time this video was recorded, more information is available now. But, to put it to bed, yes, the Cool Brew has flavor added.
Initial Thoughts
One of the best things about the Adventure Club is that I get to try new cigars. And, I get to bring members with me. In December of 2024, we got to choose the coffee and mint infused Asylum 13 Cool Brew Robusto.
The Cool Brew is a fairly plain-looking cigar. However, the simple nature of the mint-green skull label doesn't detract from the dark and toothy Honduran wrapper. The Cool Brew has a sugary cap, and, on the cold draw, it tastes like an Andes Mint. Once cut, the draw was a little tight.
Will this flavor-infused, Andes Mint-tasting cigar be worth $11? Let's find out.

Through the middle of the Asylum 13 Cool Brew Robusto, the flavors toned down quite a bit. As a straight cigar, the flavors are pretty mild. After the first third, the sweetness still lingered, but it wasn't overwhelming, and the minty-ness moved to the background.
Final Thoughts
After 70 minutes, it was time to put the Cool Brew down. Through the end, the draw was decent, and the amount of smoke I got on each puff was pretty good.
For the first two-thirds, the Cool Brow was mild and minty. In the final third, the strength of the cigar really ramped up, almost as if it had some broadleaf in the filler tobacco.
While this cigar wasn't for me, and it might not be for you, it was still a mostly well made, well blended smoke. The Asylum 13 Cool Brew Robusto earns a CigarScore 4.
