Admittedly, Fratello makes some of my favorite cigars. While I normally only smoke one cigar of any given blend for a review, this will be the third Fratello Bianco Nero Riserva Perfecto I’ve had.
Initial Thoughts
The Fratello Bianco Nero Riserva Perfecto is a very limited cigar. At the time of this review, there were to only be 500 boxes made.
On the cold draw, every single Bianco Nero Reserva I’ve smoked has had notes of Gin. More specifically, the floral notes I get from Gin. While those flavors go away, or at least fade into the background, they’re there every time.
When you light up the Fratello Bianco Nero Riserva Perfecto, expect great tobacco flavors. This blend’s Mexican San Andres wrapper leaf is a milder one, and the spiciness is tempered and delicious.

Final Thoughts
Going into this review, I predicted this cigar, like the two before it, would smoke for 80 minutes. Talk about consistency!
The Nero brings great flavors and generally wonderful construction. I think everyone should try the Fratello Bianco Nero while they’re still available (unless they become a regular production cigar). Also, if the Nero is NOT available, you can get something in the same ballpark by shopping the regular Fratello Bianco here.
I’ve very much enjoyed these cigars, and every one has been deliciuos. The Fratello Bianco Nero Riserva Perfecto earns a CigarScore 5.
