Initial Thoughts:

One of the first things I noticed about the Lampert 1675 Edicion Azul Robusto was the fantastic aroma wafting off of the cigar. The smell was fantastic, and an awesome way to get introduced to this new cigar.

With a v-cut, the Lampert 1675 had a great cold draw with the perfect amount of resistance and hints of sweetness dominated by cedar.

Final Thoughts

Through the middle of the cigar, things went pretty well for the Lampert 1675 Edicion Azul Robusto. While I didn’t love the flavors, and the cigar definitely didn’t taste as good as it smelled, the overall construction of this stick was really good.

At a lower price, the Lampert 1675 Edicion Azul Robusto could be a rockstar cigar. But, at almost $13, I don’t think it quite stacks up to the competition.

But, as a standalone cigar, the construction was decent and the flavors could be right up your alley. So, the Lampert 1675 Edicion Azul Robusto earns a CigarScore 5.
