Cigar Review: LH Cigars LH Claro Robusto

Initial Thoughts

The LH Claro from LH Cigars is a light that promises mild flavor. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper leaf, followed by the closed foot.

Once lit, the LH Claro offered flavors that were bready, but not very unique. But that was based on the first puff. After that, I started to notice more spice coming in. After a few puffs, the LH Claro tasted like a toasted Cheerio cereal. Besides the flavors, the cigar had great construction with plenty of billowy smoke and a great draw.

Final Thoughts

I was able to smoke the LH Cigars LH Claro robusto for just over an hour, and I really enjoyed it. Regarding the flavors, there were parts that were sweeter than others, and there were parts that were more leafy and grassy than others.

The construction of the LH Claro was flawless. I was able to get plenty of smoke on each puff, and the draw was fantastic.

I really enjoyed this cigar and I’m eager to try it in other vitolas. The LH Cigars LH Claro robusto earns a CigarScore 5.
