Cigar Review: Pura Soul Honduras

Initial Thoughts:

Cigars are a lot like coffee and wine and beer – almost anyone can make them. Today, I’m smoking the Pura Soul Honduras, a cigar from a brand I’ve never heard of. This cigar was given to me by a fellow smoker at a local lounge. So, after providing a home in my humidor for a couple of months, today is the day I bust out the Pura Soul Honduras and give it a try.

Pura Soul Cigars was founded by musician Robert Wright.

From the very beginning, I can tell that this is a lighter cigar. Honduran tobacco isn’t that bold anyway, and this cigar’s cold draw tastes like fresh-cut grass.

Final Thoughts:

The construction of the Pura Soul Honduras cigar was almost perfect. The draw was perfect as well. The burn was pretty dang good, though not perfect, but I never had to relight it.

Because this cigar comes in at a great price point and because the flavors are really great, I would have no issues recommending or smoking a Pura Soul Honduras cigar with you. For those reasons, the Pura Soul Honduras earns a CigarScore 5.
