Cigar Review: Rocky Patel Sixty Toro

When it comes to cigar labels, Rocky Patel's cigars are some of the best. Today we're looking at the intricately designed and navy and red labeled Rocky Patel Sixty, which was blended to celebrate Rocky's 60th birthday.

Initial Thoughts

The Rocky Patel Sixty Toro is a beautiful cigar with a slight box-press to it. The Mexican San Andres wrapper leaf, that offers hints of leather on the cold draw.

Once lit, the flavors were spicy, with leather and earth, with hints of sweetness. At first, the draw was a little tight, but not unbearable.

Will the oft-out-of-stock Rocky Patel Sixty Toro be worth almost $21? Let's find out.

Final Thoughts

I was able to smoke the Rocky Patel Sixty for just over an hour and a half, and I enjoyed it. The flavors were good, as was the overall construction of the cigar. The draw in the first third was a little tighter than I like, but I never struggled to get plenty of smoke.
