Cigar Review: Viva La Vida Torpedo by Artesano del Tobacco

Initial Thoughts:

I've said it before and I'll say it again – cigar of the month clubs are great for trying new and crazy cigars! Today I'm smoking the Viva La Vida by Artesano del Tobacco. This is a brand I've never heard of before, so I'm excited to see what Luxury Cigar Club sent me.

The Viva La Vida is a great looking cigar. The wrapper is dark and oily, and the torpedo tip looks to be rolled really well.

Final Thoughts:

The Viva La Vida by Artesano del Tobacco has flavors that are mixed very well. I have no complaints about this cigar. Artesano del Tobacco hit all the right points and I can tell the cigar was blended and rolled by an experienced team. The construction was perfect. None of the veins caused burn issues, and the draw was great.

The Viva La Vida is a good cigar, but I'm not sure it's worth the price point. There is a lot of competition in the $12-$15 price range, and I'm not sure this cigar stands out from the crowd. For those reasons, the Viva La Vida by Artesano del Tobacco gets a CigarScore of 3.
